Reliance Natural Resources Ltd. (RNRL) has announced its annual financial results for the fiscal year 2009-10 and has managed to post a remarkable net profit and revenue.

The company has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 90.75 crore for the year that ended in 31st March, 2010. This consolidated net profit figure was at Rs 71.54 crore for the preceding year. Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group has declared that there has been a growth of 26.85% in its consolidated net profit. This has been informed in a filing at the Bombay Stock Exchange.

So far as the total operating income of the company is concerned, it has touched Rs 298.38 crore for the year. It has increased from Rs 270.01 crore last year. There has been an increase of 10.5% in the total operating income.

The standalone net profit of the company has reported to be Rs 73.32 crore for the fiscal ended March 2010. The company has managed to post nearly a 5% hike in this from last year's figures.
