''Nano'' in Gujarat due to faulty policies of Bengal's Left Front: Advani

''Nano'' in Gujarat due to faulty policies of Bengal''s Left Front: AdvaniHowrah, Apr 29: The Bharatiya Janata Party''s (BJP) Prime Ministerial candidate, Lal Krishna Advani, on Wednesday said that Tata Motor''s ''Nano'' left West Bengal and went to Gujarat due to the faulty policies of the ruling Left Front.

Addressing an election rally at Uluberia in West Bengal''s Howrah District, Advani said merely making an industrial policy is not enough; the farmers should be taken into confidence as has been done in Gujarat.

He also dismissed the Left-propelled Third Front as nothing but mere imagination.

"There is no Third Front or Fourth Front in the reckoning. Only the BJP or the Congress would form the government at the Centre," he asserted.

Harping on the ''weak Prime Minister'' theme once again, Advani said Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh had no power to take any decision without taking permission from Congress President Sonia Gandhi.

"7, Race Course in Delhi is the most important address in our country, but unfortunately, it has no power without taking permission from
10, Janpath", he added.

Advani is on a whirlwind tour of West Bengal to campaign for his party candidates at Howrah, Barasat and Nadia. (ANI)
