Lindsay Lohan, the actress/singers is reportedly sick. Her new attorney officially made a declaration, making sure that all and sundry knew that he wasn't taking up a designation to give birth to a bunch of ridiculous excuses.

He says that he has agreed to help Lohan only if she complies with each and every term of the probation that has been ordered. The probation was incidentally ordered by Judge Marsha Revel. Robert Shapiro, the newly appointed lawyer, also said that Lohan is presently suffering from a particular disease of which he is aware and familiar with. He hopes to be at her side as well as the Judge while the implementation of the treatment is initiated. The treatment is by medical professionals and the main aim of the treatment is to cure Lindsay completely and make her sober.

Shapiro replaced Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay's former lawyer after the former signed on the paperwork in a LA superior court. Shapiro has had quite a personal history with substance abuse. He had lost his son to overdose and plans to help any others of that ilk.

Lindsay is supposed to surrender this Tuesday and her 90-day jail trial would also follow.
