Las Vegas casinos offering attractive ‘Black Friday’ & ‘Cyber Monday’ deals
Casinos in Las Vegas, one of the world’s most popular gaming & entertainment hubs, are offering eye-catching deep discounts on hotel rooms to attract more customers during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Offering discounts on various amenities is not new for Las Vegas resort casinos during this time each year as they operators aim to enter the New Year with strong bookings and flourishing business. That has become even more imperative this year as the entire casino industry has been struggling to survive due to adverse business conditions created by Covid-19 pandemic.
While the gambling & entertainment industry is looking ahead to 2021 with optimism that 2021 will be free of Covid-19 and attract more customers, visitor volume remains down more than 54 per cent in Las Vegas compared to the average. Thus, casinos are trying to do that by offering attractive deals this Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
However, a ray of optimism is still there. In a recent comment, a spokesperson for Caesars Entertainment CEO Tom Reeg said, “When we get into a post-COVID world, the pent-up demand you’re going to see for gaming in general, and Las Vegas in particular, is going to be beyond your wildest dreams.”
Caesars Entertainment is offering rooms at discounted rates starting from $29 (exclusive of resort fees). Online bookings can be made with discounts of up to 25 per cent for stays from Cyber Monday through September 2021. In addition, Caesars is offering show tickets with discounts of up to 30 per cent.
Resort casino giant MGM Resorts has announced availability of hotel rooms as low as $19 per night (exclusive of resort fees). Similarly, M life Rewards members are being provided with 20 per cent discounts off normal rates. Non-members can avail the opportunity of 15 per cent discount on rooms. As per list of discounted hotel room rates for MGM properties, one can enjoy a stay at the widely popular Bellagio for $104, ARIA for $96, Vdara for $88, the Mirage for $42, the Mandalay Bay for $42, MGM Grand for $36, Park MGM for $35, the New York-New York for $30, Luxor for $24, and Excalibur for $19.
The Cosmopolitan is offering even more attractive Black Friday hotel room deal. Booking a hotel room at the Cosmopolitan for one night will offer the second night free of any charge. However, reservations must be made by 2nd of December.
