Greycells Entertainment formerly known as Concept Productions Limited has announced its acquisition of 26% stake in another Media and Entertainment vocational education company, Access Atlantech Edutainment (AAT), subject to necessary statutory approvals.

Chennai-headquartered Access Atlantech Edutainment (I) Ltd, runs high-end technology based courses in Media and Entertainment domain. It has partnered with world leaders as SAE, Digidesign, Qantm and other world leaders offering education in Sound Engineering, Games and Games design, Digital Filmaking and media management programs.  

The courses are affiliated to the Dibrugarh University, Assam. AAT has multiple campuses across the country and offers diploma and degree programs.

Both the institutes, at present, have combined student strength of 1800. They have aggressive plans to increase to 10,000 levels in next couple of years.

Greycells Entertainment Ltd, headquartered at Mumbai is engaged in the production of feature films and stage plays. The company also distributes feature films in the domestic and overseas markets.

The stock of Greycells Entertainment closed today at Rs 318 on BSE, up 1% compared with previous close of Rs 314.
