NALCO, SAIL, IREDA, NMDC Shares closed positive on Friday while Rail Vikas Nigam, BPCL, BHEL and REC closed in negative territory.

NALCO has attracted investor attention following a recent research report from Prabhudas Lilladher, which has assigned an 'Accumulate' rating on the stock.

IREDA, REC, BHEL, HUDCO and NALCO shares were trading lower today as many public sector companies will be reporting quarterly results.

NALCO share price declined further on Tuesday and the stock can take support from Rs 180 levels on the downside. NALCO close 3.9 percent lower and touched an intraday low at Rs 187.20.

RCF, HMT, IREDA, ONGC, Dredging Corporation and NALCO were top performers among public sector stocks.

NALCO share price jumped by 3 percent on Tuesday. The public sector metal major touched an intraday high of Rs 227.40 before closing the session at Rs 226.28.
