London, November 6: Blake Fielder-Civil failed to take wife Amy Winehouse’s ‘knickers down’ following his agreement to head to a rehab clinic for treatment for drug addiction.

The 26-year-old, who walked out Suffolk’s Edmunds Hill prison after serving 12 months of a 27-month jail sentence, was hoping to see his singer wife and wanted to ‘walk out straight into her arms’.

“I’m gonna see my wife and take her knickers down,” the Sun quoted him as saying.

However, the 26-year-old was said to be disappointed since Amy remained at her Camden residence after recently being discharged from a London clinic following treatment for a ''chest infection''.

The singer’s husband, who was jailed last November, was released early following his agreement to check in a rehab to get treated for drug addiction.

Blake, was sent behind the bars for assaulting and attempting to pervert the course of justice following an assault a pub landlord and attempting to cover up his act, said: “I’m gonna get myself sorted. I’m gonna get my life back.” (ANI)
