Sir Elton John may appear on Eminem''s comeback album
London, Feb 6 : English singer songwriter Elton John is reportedly making a guest appearance on rap icon Eminem''s comeback album.
The two had performed a duet together at the Grammy Awards back in 2001, and insiders claim they have reunited to record a track on Relapse, the rapper''s first new album in five years.
Rumours about the two collaborating on an album began to circulate from Eminem''s native Detroit, Michigan last October, after John visited the city while recording for the album was being done.
"No one realised the significance, though the Detroit Free Press did mention that Elton had been in town. Elton really gets his music," the Daily Express quoted a source as telling British newspaper the Independent.
"Anything they produce will be total dope: some of Em's biggest records have been collaborations with mainstream pop stars - Dido on `Stan', for example - and they really don''t come much bigger, or more mainstream, than the man with the red piano," the source added.
`Relapse' will be released later this year. (ANI)
