Hollywood star Penelope Cruz has recently revealed that her character Angelica in the latest installment of the Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides has been corrupted by Jack Sparrow, the character portrayed by Johnny Depp.

According to the buzz, Angelica and Sparrow were in a relationship previously and it was then that the daughter of the legendary pirate Blackbeard played by Ian Mc Shane had been at the mercy of Jack Sparrow.

Recently a picture of the legendary evil pirate Blackbeard was released bringing about a great interest in the latest installment to the franchise.

The story in the last installment of the franchise follows a very interesting tale. It has Angelica playing a very intelligent young girl who has spent her life taking a lot of lessons from her father's life. She tries to be good, better than the best and also tries to change her father's ways. She tries to help the others on the ship by fighting it out with her father on their behalf.

Angelica also has the traits of her dad like she's very tricky when she so desires to be and can be a great liar. She and Jack get back together for a mission to get the Fountain of Youth as ordered by King George II and get on the Queen Anne's Revenge despite having been lovers in the past. The most amazing events unfold as Jack Sparrow shuttles between the woman of his past who has come like a vengeance in his present and Blackbeard who is nothing but a heartless freak.

This great action thriller is set to release on 20 May in the US.
