Wolfsburg insist Dzeko not for saleWolfsburg, Germany  - German champion VfL Wolfsburg insisted Wednesday their highly-sought striker Edin Dzeko would not be sold.

Chief executive Juergen Marbach said the club would be resisting any move to prise the 23-year-old Bosnian away.

"I am confident we can convince him about a contract extension," he said.

AC Milan are leading the chase for Dzeko, who is reportedly also attracting the interest of several Premier League clubs.

A military statement said 20 "terrorists" were killed during a search operation in Galgut area of Dir distict, where government forces launched an operation to expel Taliban in late April.

Sixteen more militants were apprehended, while a cache of arms and ammunition were also recovered.

The Senate voted 64-2 to deploy up to 535 soldiers in NATO's International Security Assistance Force mission in Afghanistan next year, up from the 2009 limit of 480 troops.

The chamber also allowed at most 550 Czech troops to stay in Kosovo under NATO's KFOR mission, in line with this year's mandate.
