Madhya Pradesh registered the maximum number of criminal offenses against kids and the national capital remained on the fourth place.

National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data revealed the figures in its report on Saturday.

According to National Crime Records Bureau, around 22,500 crime cases were recorded during the year 2008.

The figure surged to 24,201 in the year 2009, hinting a growth of 7.6%.

The cases of foeticide witnessed a big augmentation by 68.5%.

Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) announced a 72% growth in net profits during the third quarter, which ended on December 2010.

The forging major had recorded consolidated net profit of Rs 83 crore for the period under review as against the net profit of Rs 38 crore in the corresponding period a year back.

During the October-December period, Bharat Forge has recorded maximum exports of Rs 359 crore.
