Apollo Tyres Plans Rs 3,000 crore Investment in Next 5 Years

Apollo TyresIndian tyre manufacturer Apollo Tyres, has announced an investment of Rs 3,000 crores in the next five years to establish greenfield plants in India as well as abroad, along with expansion of existing production units.

The company, by doing so, is targeting to join the league of top six tyre makers internationally. Apollo is aiming at a $4 Billion turnover in the next five years, by setting up units in Chennai and East Europe.

The castle is a testament to its royal resident as the house is set in a spacious garden. A bridge leads over a water lily-filled moat to a flight of stairs leading to the castle's main entrance.

The interior also reflects Wilhelm's aristocratic heritage and is filled with only the finest furniture.

Yet, there are over 100,000 of them and time is running out. From December 1, all will have been replaced by No Stopping or No Parking signs that leave motorists in doubt as to what is required of them.

Even local officials are glad to see the back of No Standing.
