Ace filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has dismissed the hearsays that his upcoming film starring Abhishek Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor “Delhi-6” is an autobiography.

At the same time, Mehra accepts that the movie is based on his growing up days in Delhi’s Chandini Chowk.

Rakeysh said, “Delhi-6 is not an autobiography at all. I've just delved into my childhood memories and my youth in the film. I've only used what I observed when I was growing up in the backdrop. It's more of the colour of that life that has been used in the background than anything else.”

The reigning god of Indian cinema Shahrukh Khan will undergo shoulder today at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital.

A friend of the actor said that SRK, who has got his previous surgeries done in London, has decided to undergo a shoulder surgery in India to stay away from the criticism that came his way in 2003.

It comes as shocking news that on the day when the much awaited Billu released, Sharukh Khan's house 'Mannat' in Bandra was attacked at around 4.30 AM.

The attackers in a group of two or three attacked the house while throwing a bottle containing a highly inflammable substance at the actor's house.

The attackers ran away after the attack, following which SRK lodged the FIR.

According to the sources, "the bottle was a kind of crude bomb intended to cause some sort of small explosion. However, nobody was reported to be hurt."

Taipei  - Taiwan has invited more than 4,000 fans from East and South-East Asia to meet the boy band Fahrenheit in Taipei to boost tourism to the island, the Tourism Bureau said Friday.

The 4,200 fans are from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries. The get-together, called Wish to See You in Taiwan, is to take place Sunday at the National Taiwan University Gymnasium, the bureau said.
