Zapak.com partners with Greystripe to provide ad-supported quality gaming content

Reliance ADA Group’s venture Zapak has partnered with Greystripe. Greystripe provides ad-supported distribution of games for mobile users. Zapak Digital Entertainment will feature 900 plus ad-supported games and applications from Greystripe. This has been seen as a significant development in Indian online gaming space by industry experts.

Reliance Group promoted Zapak has already a big user base, crossing 5.1 million. Greystripe’s content will help Zapak to offer better content and gaming experience to its existing members.

Rohit Sharma, COO, Zapak Digital said that the company is happy to announce partnership with market-leader Greystripe and all users can expect to see interesting online content and web games.

Greystripe will get its share of fast growing Indian mobile gaming market. The company CEO Michael Chang believes that the current partnership will help Greystripe to reach South Asian audience and position itself strongly in mobile game distribution space.

Greystripe, a San Francisco, CA company, has been funded by Incubic Venture Fund and Monitor Ventures in Series A ($1.2 million) and Incubic Venture Fund, Monitor Ventures, Steamboat Ventures in Series B ($ 8.9 million) in year 2007. Greystripe was named AlwaysOn Global 100 winner in 2008, Red Herring Global 100 winner in 2007. The company offers more than 900 exicting game titles from 100 publishers and shares revenue from advertising.
