World Cup on 3D TV: Sony
On the eve of FIFA 2010 Sony has proclaimed a new series of 3D-enabled High Definition Bravia televisions.
The Bravia 3D HDTV series comprises of three models i. e., the Bravia XBR-LX900, the Bravia XBR-HX909, and the KDL-HZ800.
Packed with all the latest features it is integrated with 802.11n Wi-Fi, a sync transmitter and two pairs of shutter glasses to view 3D images, worth around $15 a pair.
It also offers choice of screen size, ranging from 40 to 60 inches and are priced between $2,100 and $5,000.
And the recent update highlights the release of a firmware update that activate the 3D feature in its recent proclamation 3D-capable Blu-ray players and home theatre systems that will be synced to go with the launch of the new televisions.
