Women Lose Almost 90 Per Cent of Their ‘Eggs’ By the Age of 30
It has been reported that many studies suggest that even though women may continuously produce eggs in their 30s and their 40s, their reservoir of eggs that are potential, have steadfastly shrunk to become almost nothing. The body makes the choice of the best egg that has the most potential in the reserve and it seems likely that the quality of those eggs is expected to suffer thereby increasing the risk of delivering an unhealthy baby and there is also the difficulty in conceiving which increases as the age increases.
It was also reported that women are basically born with an estimated 300,000 eggs that are potential on an average. But this reservoir declines at an alarming speed that reaches almost 12 per cent in the 30s and an even worse 3 per cent in the 40s.
It was made clear that when there are only about 1,000 eggs left, women attain menopause. It has been discovered that the speed of the biological clock can determine how long the womb will remain fertile and also if the menopause will be early. Early warnings are very useful so that women can start their family early or even to freeze their eggs to conceive later.
