Witherspoon says she would be supportive of her kids’ acting dreams

Washington, Dec 10 : Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon has revealed that she would stand by her children if they choose acting as their career choice.

The `The Man in the Moon' actress would want to follow in her parents' footsteps and be supportive of her kids' choice.

The Oscar winner, who has two children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, Ava, eight, and son Deacon, four, stated that just like her parents she would give unconditional support to her kids.

The beauty always dreamed of becoming a star - and although her parents were baffled by her career choice, they offered their wholehearted support.

"I''d be supportive. I wanted to be an actor when I was seven years old. And my parents were both physicians, so they thought it was a very strange choice for a little girl in Tennessee, but they were always really cool about it," Contactmusic quoted Reese, as telling Britain''s Hello! magazine.

"I always appreciated that because you don''t want to feel restricted or like your dreams are stupid," she added. (ANI)
