Whom Terrorists Called In Pak To Be Soon Revealed By Internet CoThe company that provided the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service, used by the 26/11 terrorists to keep in touch with their bosses has been traced by the Crime Branch of the Mumbai police. Apparently, it has been confirmed by the US-based company, Call Phoenix that the terrorists interacted to someone located in Pakistan.

The Crime Branch has also informed that approximately 60 hours of the conversation that occurred between the terrorists and someone in Pakistan during the terror attacks has been taped by the investigators.

The person who has been identified as their handler is named Zakiur-Rehman alias Lakhwi, who is a LeT commander and he was in regular touch with the terrorists while they fought with commandos at Hotel Taj, Hotel Trident-Oberoi and Nariman House. The Pakistani officials detained Lakhwi on Sunday.

It was learnt by the sleuths that the terrorists were being guided about the police and commando movements by Lakhwi, as he was following the developments on TV.

Moreover, he was even trying to entertain the terrorists though his talks and also read Quranic verses whenever any of them felt scared or weak.

The investigations have also revealed that the money for the VoIP service was paid through a renowned international money transfer company. It has been informed by the sources that nearly $300 was transferred to the VoIP Company by someone named Zarar Shah. When the New Jersey-based company found its name embroiled in a terror conspiracy, it removed its profile from the Internet.

Crime Branch Chief Rakesh Maria reported, “The department is in touch with the company for details of the users of the VoIP.”

“All the evidence being gathered is passed on to the state home ministry, which passes it on to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). The MEA is trying to build the international consensus against Pakistan on the basis of this evidence,” said a senior Crime Branch officer.
