What’s Common Between Divyanka and Rajesh!
Divanyka Tripathy, a pretty young woman from Uttar Pradesh, who shot to fame after the success of Zee TV's 'Banoo Main Teri Dulhann' in which she did the role of a sobbing bahu.
On the other hand, Rajesh Kumar, a stocky stud from Patna, has worked in many TV serials, comedy shows like 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai', 'Baa, Bahu Aur Baby' and many others.
Based on their past experiences, Divanyka and Rajesh have nothing in common. Yet they find themselves shooting under one roof.
SAB TV's new comedy show 'Mrs. and Mr. Sharma Allahabad Wale', which hit screen on May 17, has Divanyka and Rajesh in the lead roles.
It's Diyanka's first comedy show. Regardless of their unconcerned personalities, there's one common thing between them.
It's the troublesome back that connects them together.
It's already known that Divyanka has a back problem from the time of her 'Dulhann' days. A few months back, Rajesh had pulled a muscle in his back too. Back then, he advised strict bed rest. Having recovered, Kumar took to shooting for the new show.
When told about their common problem, Kumar sighed, "I didn't know that Divyanka too had a troublesome back. Perhaps, the next time when you don't like an episode, you can safely assume that both of us had a painful back on that day."
In fact, the problem re-emerged for Kumar at Mrs. and Mr. Sharma Allahabadwale's telecast party, which took place on 17 May.
Unmindful of his sufferings, Kumar danced in all delight. After an hour, he was seen grimacing in pain as he held his hand to his back. He took a break for a while, and returned to the dance only to leave it again in pain. That was the end of his celebration.
When contacted, the TV actor said, "The cervical problem has resurfaced in the last five days. Unfortunately, I couldn't hold myself at the party. In hindsight, I shouldn't have danced. I've called the physiotherapist to the sets today. Just had a massage, and feeling lot better. I'll have to take precaution for the next few days." (With Inputs from Agencies)
