The visual technology maker & provider – ViewSonic Corporation is planning to jump into the All-in-One (AIO) PC market segment of India. The Walnut, California based manufacturer of CRT monitors, liquid crystal displays, projectors, plasma displays, and HDTV technology – ViewSonic has announced to launch its first ever all-in-one PC line – VPC100 in the Indian Market, in the next few month this year.    

Speaking about VPC100 product line, the Country Manager, ViewSonic Technologies India, Gautam Ghosh said, “This in line with our plans to introduce new concept-driven product lines in 2009, such as All-In-One PC thereby consolidating our leading position in the visual display market. Our AIO PC suits the Indian environment of operation and offers unique solution catering to the growing demand of space and energy conservation as well as mobility.”

According to ViewSonic, the ViewSonic All-in-One PC VPC100, featuring 19-inch LCD screen, 1.6GHz Intel Atom Processor and 160GB hard disk drive, will open the way for next-generation PCs.

Ghosh said, “ViewSonic All-in-One PC VPC100 specifically suits the Indian environment of operation and offers unique solution catering to the growing demand of space and energy conservation as well as mobility.”

ViewSonic is also aiming to expand its products and enhance its presence in the Indian market. In March this year, the company organized road shows with its partners across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad, to promote its technology and products in India. The company has claimed that it has got amazing response.

“We are excited with the response ViewSonic has received from the channel fraternity during its recent road show and believe that this stylish yet performance driven product line will appeal to both the youth and enterprise segment,” Ghosh said.

The launch of ViewSonic All-in-One PC VPC100 is part of company’s business expansion plan in India. The ViewSonic All-in-One PC VPC100 product line is expected to hit the Indian Market by July 2009. However, the company hasn’t yet disclosed the price and exact launch date of its new All-in-One PC VPC100 product line.
