UK based sport car maker, Ginetta has announced the launch of its new G60 model, which his based on the company's F400 model but comes with a host of improvements.

Ginetta G60 is powered by 3.7-litre V6 engine, basting 310bhp and 288lb ft of torque, which is also used in Ginetta G55 race car. The model is also lighter due to the extensive use of carbon fibre as well as a redesigned chassis and lightweight components.

The car weighs just 1080kgs allowing it to accelerate to 60 mph in 4.9-seconds and has a top speed of 165mph. The company is offering a sat nav, Bluetooth and climate control that are controlled through a 7" touch screen on the dash board.

The company is planning to produce only 50 units of the car every year. The Ginetta G60 will be priced at around Ginetta G60.
