TRENDnet 450Mbps Wireless N Router to be unveiled at CES The CES 2009 will see the demonstration of 450Mbps Wireless N Router TEW-773GR by TRENDnet, which the company is really excited for and claims that it will provide extraordinary performance.

The secret for the high performance of the 450Mbps Wireless N Router is that it is driven by a chipset, supporting 3 external antennas and 3 spatial streams per antenna. Due to this, the speed has been enhanced by 50% and nearly 30% coverage increase on comparing to the other wireless n solutions. The 450Mbps Wireless N Router TEW-773GR is embedded with GREENnet energy saving technology and has a dual firewall.

Sonny Su, Technology Director for TRENDnet exclaimed, “We are excited to demonstrate this advanced technology at CES. We are currently working through a few chipset stability issues and plan to release a 450Mbps solution in Q3 of this year.”

Gigabit Wide Area Network, advanced wireless encryption, QoS technology, Local Area Network ports, and supports Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) are some other features of this Router. However, there has been no word regarding pricing and availability.
