T-Mobile USA Inc. claimed that it did not suffer a security breach after a hacker declared this weekend to have accessed the company's servers. Earlier, a hacker claimed that he had everything, company's databases, confidential documents, scripts and programs from their servers, financial documents up to 2009.

The company sources confirmed that the data which was posted to the Internet over the weekend is genuine, but the company's servers were not hacked. They further claimed that no customer information was compromised.

The hacker had claimed that the offer for buying the data was open to the highest bidder as T-Mobile's rivals weren't interested in buying the data.

According to the T-Mobile's updated statement, "The Company is conducting a thorough investigation and at this time has found no evidence that customer information, or other company information, has been compromised."
