Taliban’s jihad proclamations represent their freedom of opinion: ISI ChiefIslamabad, Jan 7 : Pakistan Inter-Services Intelligence chief Lieutenant-General Ahmed Shujaa Pasha, who too is unwilling to apprehend the Taliban leadership after many claimed that Mullah Omar is in Quetta, has said that if the Taliban thinks that jihad is an obligation it is their freedom of opinion.

"Shouldn't they be allowed to think and say what they please? They believe that jihad is their obligation. Isn't that freedom of opinion?" he asked German magazie Spiegel's reporter Susanne Koelbl.

Pak changes stand, Now to send ISI representative

Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza GilaniAfter assuring India in view of the terrorist attack in Mumbai, Pakistan has changed its stand.

Now Pakistan will send the ISI representative to India in place of spy agency chief.

Earlier, Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani on Friday accepted
a request from his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh to send the ISI
chief to India for sharing of information related to the terrorist
attack in Mumbai.

ISI chief will visit India: Pakistan

India, PakistanNew Delhi, Nov. 28 : The Government of Pakistan today agreed to India''s demand to send the chief of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) to New Delhi to share information on ways to tackle the menace of terrorism.

Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi announced that ISI Director-General Lt. Gen. Ahmed Shujaa Pasha would soon visit New Delhi, as was desired by the Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh.
