Tata Motors launches new range of bus chassis named ‘Super Milo’ across India

Tata Motors, the world's second-largest bus and fourth-largest truck manufacturer, has launched a new range of bus chassis across the country called as Super Milo buses with a starting price of Rs 8.5 lakh.

Super Milo buses, which will be available in two variants, City and Highway, will be powered with superior fuel efficient and eco-friendly engines. This will result in better pick-up and mileage.

The new Super Milo will offer radial tyres, organic clutch with booster assist and better air intake that will help achieve 8-10 per cent higher fuel efficiency. Both variants are powered by the BS II complaint 697 TCIC 130 HP engine.

The Super Milo bus range comes with an engine warranty of two years or 2 lakh kilometre (whichever is earlier), and a chassis warranty of 1.5 years or 1.5 lakh kilometre (whichever is earlier).
