Subex Limited said that the company has secured a contract from a Poland telecom operator for implementing its fraud management system, Nikira.

Nikira Fraud Management System that detects known fraud types and patterns of unusual behavior, helps the operators to investigate unusual patterns for potential fraud, and uses the knowledge base to upgrade and protect against future intrusions.

Subex claims that the new Fraud Management deployment will help the service provider to automatically deliver content based services over one IP infrastructure, ensuring maximized revenues at minimized cost.

Bangalore-based, Subex Limited provides operations support systems solutions for telecom applications.

Recently, the company has posted earnings results for the quarter to December 2007, in which it has registered a 46% decrease in net profit at Rs 5.5 crore while sales increased 7% to Rs 65.97 crore.
