Study proves herbal pills Curb appetite
A study reveals that intake of herbal pills curbs women's appetite by one fifth.
Herbal pills also prove beneficial for those with a sweet tooth, sinking their excitement for sweet snacks.
Zotrim, was designed by three plants, found in South America. Scientists test Zotrim at the University of Liverpool. They conducted a test on 58 volunteers and found that those who were given Zotrim in the morning had a much lower appetite at lunch time. They also noticed that women who took these pills report a cut in their calories by around 17.6 per cent.
Studies observed that those who were on Zotrim diet can reduce their calories intake by 400 or 500 calories. Another advantage of Zotrim is that the pill also reduces temptations of chocolate and biscuits from women diets and again cutting the calories by 27 percent.
Dr Jason Halford, an obesity expert has strong faith in Zotrim and claims that intake of this pill will definitely help to lose weight.
This pill is a mixture of three herbs; Guarana, Yerba and Damiana, it also contains caffeine.
