Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd., India's biggest sugar refiner, has formed a new Company in the name of Shree Renuka Agri Ventures Ltd, as its 100% subsidiary Company.

Mumbai-based Shree Renuka Sugars along with its arms, manufactures sugar, energy, ethanol, and biofertilizers in India.

The stock closed today at Rs 115, up 2% compared with previous close of Rs 113. The total volume of shares traded was 2,422,945 at the BSE.
