Earlier we had a presence on online, offline, DTH and now post this alliance with Vodafone; Shaadi.com will be available on the mobile platform as well, making us the only player providing 360 degrees matrimony services.”
Mr. Harit Nagpal, Director – Marketing and New Business, Vodafone Essar, stated, “With ‘Shaadi.com on Vodafone’ customers can search for a life partner on the go, on SMS or call; without having to necessarily log on to the net. This is another important service to add value to our customers’ lives.”
The unique service will permit Vodafone users to access the matrimony service by just calling 57007 @ Rs 6 per min. The users can also send an SMS ‘Shaadi’ to 57007 @ Rs 3 per SMS or they can click the shaadi.com link on Vodafone live, usage rates of which are 10p/10KB.

With absolutely no need to log onto the Internet, users can explore and view profile details of other members. ‘Shaadi.com on Vodafone’ authorises Vodafone customers to accept/decline interest sent to them by other members, look through profiles and send personalized messages to potential matches.
