Security beefed up for EU missions in Pak
Karachi, Feb 8: The Pakistan Government has reportedly tightened up security at diplomatic missions of European nations following the release of a controversial film by a right-wing Dutch lawmaker.
The leader of the Freedom Party Geert Wilders, is making a 10-minute movie, that would be aired on Dutch television and on the Internet in March.
The Interior Ministry recently held a meeting in Islamabad to discuss the security of European missions and businesses in the country.
"We have intensified security of all the diplomatic missions, especially the Dutch (Embassy),'' The News quoted a top security official, as saying. (ANI)
