The Securities and Exchange Board of India, or the SEBI, published some notices recently to a couple of ADAG companies and to their chief executives. These companies' executives also include the group Chairman Anil Ambani. The notices have been issued to consider matters associated with stock market transactions.

SEBI had asked the two companies, i. e. to Reliance Natural Resources Ltd (RNRL) and Reliance Infrastructure Ltd (RInfra), along with five top executives which also included Mr. Anil Ambani, to come up and have a personal hearing with it on the 3rd of September.

The Vice Chairman of Infra, Satish Seth, along with a few additional directors like J. P. Chalsani, S. C. Gupta and Lalit Jalan had also been asked to give their responses up by 27th August, the responses to the show - cause notices issued to them in the month of June.

The above mentioned companies as well as executives had received these issued showcause notices on 7th June from SEBI regarding matters related to dealings by both the companies - RNRL and RInfra.
