Rising equity markets make Grains flat in Chicago
As equity markets on Wall Street rose more than 2 percent, Grain futures were mostly flat at the close on Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Corn was unchanged to off 1/4, soybeans were off 1/4 to off 2, wheat was off 1 to up 1/4 and oats were up 17 to up 27.
It has been reported that Corn, wheat and soybean futures were flat Tuesday as equities rose and the dollar index fell 0.58 percent.
It was further reported that oat prices rallied, climbing along with oil prices, which made modest gains in New York. (With Inputs from Agencies)
