Reliance MediaWorks to expand facility in Britain

Reliance-MediaworksAnil Ambani's Reliance MediaWorks said on Tuesday that it is going to expand its facility in Britain.

The company is into the business of film and entertainment services and wants to expand its operations in Europe so that it can tap the growing opportunities in the continent.

Talking about the plans, Anil Arjun, Chief Executive of the company said that the being in the business of film and media, it is not possible for a company to stay away from the European sub-continent.

He further added that he sees strong business opportunities in Europe and they want to en-cash it. The company is planning to go in for major investments and that will be in the field of inorganic growth.

The first step will be to increase the capacity of Reliance MediaWorks's lab in London followed by other plans.

Meanwhile, it has already installed a second high-end negative bath along with other facilities in the region.

Currently, Reliance MediaWorks provides front-end as well as back-end services. These include 2D and 3D productions, processing restorations alongside post-production services.

It has already bought 5,000 sq ft premises in Poland.
