Health food puts back some flesh on Amy Winehouse’s skeletal figure

London, Nov 3 : Troubled English singer Amy Winehouse has managed to put some flesh on her bones after she started to follow a new healthy food diet and sweets.

Winehouse, 25, was seen looking much better with her fuller face and figure, and clear, glowing skin after she checked out of hospital, where she had been undergoing tests following a recent lung infection.

“Amy has had some time out of late, prioritizing her health and trying to get her life back on track,” the Mirror quoted a source as saying.

“She underwent various tests and scans in hospital, checking that her emphysema hadn''t returned, and was delighted to be given a clean bill of health.

‘Innovative’ foot massages may control bad behaviour among kids

London, November 3 (ANI): Teachers may now spare the rod without the risk of spoiling school children, for foot and head messages may help them control bad behaviour among kids.

A London-based company, Bud-Umbrella, is gearing up to test the alternative therapy in 60 primary and 14 secondary schools to see whether or not it can actually improve unruly children''s behaviour.

Though there is little evidence that such a treatment can improve behaviour, Lambeth Council in south London is said to have decided to spend 90,000 pounds next year on reflexology in the schools.

Bud-Umbrella’s official web site says that reflexology may be beneficial in a number of ways.

3,000-yr-old Bronze Age house unearthed in UK

London, Nov 3 (ANI): An archaeological dig has revealed traces of a 3,000-year-old later Bronze Age round house in Bognor Regis in West Sussex, UK.

According to a report in the Observer, a large extraction pit, containing a large amount of prehistoric pottery, was also uncovered in this area. The haul included the complete base of a pottery vessel.

The archaeological excavations were carried out last August during the early stages of work on the campus.

Carbonised remains in the pit may include seeds which will give archaeologists an idea about what prehistoric farmers were growing and eating.

On the future primary school site, remains of a later landscape were revealed.

N. Korea releases pictures of Kim to end sickness rumors

Kim Jong IILondon, Nov. 3 (ANI): North Korea has released photographs of its leader Kim Jong-il in an attempt to quell growing reports of his ill health.

The photographs shows the "Dear Leader" at a football match between two military units, according to the Korea Central News Agency, the state propaganda arm.

Foliage visible in the pictures appeared to be autumnal – in contrast to a previous photograph circulated three weeks ago, where despite the time of year trees in the background were in full leaf.
