Cordoba, Spain - Ten western Mediterranean countries Tuesday urged Israel to open the frontiers of the Gaza Strip and to stop illegal Jewish settlements.
"Israel may have rights, but above all, it has duties towards its neighbours and the rest of the international community," Moroccan Foreign Minister Taieb Fassi-Fihri said in the southern Spanish city of Cordoba.
Madrid - Spain's government has approved a royal decree allowing the nation's athletes to refuse anti-doping controls in the country between 11 p. m. and 8 a. m.
The decree also applies to foreign athletes training in Spain or resident in the country, El Pais daily reported Tuesday.

Barcelona - Spanish police Tuesday detained 22 suspected members of the Hell's Angels motorcycle gang, seizing weapons and neo-Nazi propaganda material, police sources said.
The detainees were held in Barcelona, Malaga, Valencia, Madrid and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on charges of belonging to an illegal organization, drugs and arms trafficking, extortion, coercion and threats.
Police searched more than 30 addresses, including homes and bars.
Cordoba, Spain - North African countries will seek European support for attempts to relaunch talks between Morocco and the Western Saharan independence movement Polisario Front in search of a solution to their three-decade conflict, Moroccan Foreign Minister Taieb Fassi-Fihri said Tuesday.
Fassi-Fihri was attending a meeting of foreign ministers or representatives of Western Mediterranean countries in the southern Spanish city of Cordoba.
