Nepal Congress PartyKathmandu, Mar. 11 : Maoist chairman Prachanda has said that those who had declared his party a terrorist organisation in the past should apologise before going to the polls.

Addressing a mass gathering here on Tuesday, Prachanda hinting at Nepali Congress (NC), said those who termed his party as terrorist for demanding a Constituent Assembly election, must seek public apology before participating in the polls.

Alleging that the international power players are still conspiring against the polls, NepalNews quoted Prachanda as saying that such powers were making efforts to force Maoists to take up arms again.
