Mumbai, Mar 26 : Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon on Thursday shot for the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) with an aim of discouraging the use of leather and leather products.
Tandon has been associated with the PETA for the last 15 years.
"This campaign is basically against leather and leather products. We think it as a style statement but actually the way it is made and the way we use it, it harms us," she said.

Mumbai, Mar 23 : Tata Motor's much awaited people's car, `Nano' was commercially launched here on Monday with a promise to fulfil the expectations of the people under some circumstances.
The launch of the world's cheapest car could dramatically change the auto market in the world's second most populous nation.
The Nano debuted in January 2008 and was expected to be on sale last year, but its arrival was delayed by a dispute over the land where a purpose-built facility was to be located.
Mumbai, Mar. 23 : Tata Motor's much awaited people''s car, `Nano' was commercially launched here on Moday with a promise to stick to the 1,00,000 rupee price tag for the base model.
"We made a promise and we''ve kept the promise," Tata Group Chairman Ratan Tata said.
Three versions of the Nano car would be available in market.
"From today onwards, the product will be available in showrooms. There will be three versions - the base version, which is the one we promised to the people of India and two upper tier versions," Ratan Tata said.
Shirdi (Maharashtra), Mar 23: Child actors of the Oscar-wining movie ''Slumdog Millionaire'' paid a visit to the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Maharashtra.
Rubina Ali, who essayed the role of a young Latika in the film, said she cherished her visit to the shrine.
"I really felt good after coming to Shridi and getting the blessings of Sai Baba which I really cherished," said Rubina.
Azharuddin Ismail, who played the role of a young Salim in the film, said that never in his wildest dreams did he imagine he would be an actor some day.
