London, Feb 3 : Hollywood actress Penelope Cruz has walked away with a gong for Best Supporting Actress for `Vicky Cristina Barcelona' at Spain's prestigious Goya awards.
Overwhelmed at receiving the gong, Cruz thanked director Woody Allen in her acceptance speech.
"I''ve always been a great fan of Woody Allen. Thank you Woody for believing in me," the Daily Express quoted her as saying.
London, Feb 3 : English fashion designer Stella McCartney has roped in actresses Gwyneth Paltrow and Keira Knightley to model her Comic Relief T-shirts.
McCartney, 37, designed a range of limited edition T-shirts for Comic Relief, featuring unique photographs taken by her late mother, Linda, with one of them sporting an image of her father, Paul McCartney, and his band mates.
Another T-shirt had Morecambe and Wise, the comic duo, captured by David Bailey, the veteran photographer, and all the photos had a slight alteration made - their subjects were given red noses.
London, Feb 3 : English singer Amy Winehouse has decided that she wants a change of scenery, and is considering moving off to druggie paradise Jamaica.
Winehouse, 25, wants to record her third album on the Caribbean island, with her record label footing the bill for sessions, at the island where illegal drugs are known to be widely available.
She has been holidaying in St Lucia since before Christmas, and has told Island Records that she does not want to return to England.
London, Feb. 3: The military deployment of Britain's Prince William to the Falkland Islands has upset Argentina.
The Telegraph quoted Jorge Taina, an aide to Argentina''s foreign minister, said the move would reopen debate about the future of the islands.
"This circumstance only serves to once again highlight Britain''s ongoing military presence in land and sea areas that are part of the Argentine Republic''s national territories," he said.
Argentina claims ownership of the islands it calls the Malvinas.
London, Feb 3 : Demi Moore has confessed that she and hubby Ashton Kutcher are addicted to Twitter.
The star pair used the social networking site to vent anger about their neighbour's early-morning construction work, which led to a very public row and Ashton posting a video on his website to apologise, reports the Sun.
However, Demi told a US TV show: "By the time it was done, we were laughing.
"We both went to our respective appointments and by the time we each got to where we were going, we couldn''t believe what had happened.
