Jammu, July 7 : A fresh batch of 1,227 pilgrims left for the Amarnath yatra from the base camp of Bhagwati Nagar early this morning.

One injured in grenade attack near J-K Assembly

J-K police kills JeM militant in Pulwama

Jammu & KashmirSrinagar July 4 : In a joint operation by Pulwama Police and 182 Batallion Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has eliminated a militant of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) in Pulwama district.

According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Pulwama, Ali Mohammad, police on specific information launched an operation in an area between village Barpora and Wagahama in Pulwama.

Police was later on joined by 182 Battalion of CRPF.
