Research released Wednesday showed that only in Japan and the United States were workers taking less holiday.
The results of an annual survey by online travel company Expedia showed the average Australian workers took 16 days off last year. In Japan workers took eight days and in the US workers took 10 days.

Dr. Dyno Keatinge, the head of a not-for-profit research institute which uses horticulture to fight poverty and malnutrition, says that Bitter melon is rich in vitamins and offers protection against diabetes.

From May 1, IBM will cease to reimburse Internet access for staff working from home. Direct pay corporate managed and contracted home Internet services will also be scrapped.
