CBI seeks custody of Raju brosThe Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is likely to go the market regulator way in securing the custody of B Ramalinga Raju, his brother Rama Raju and other accused in the Satyam scam.

The central investigating agency has filed a petition in a local court seeking the custody of the Raju brothers, the jailed founders of Satyam Computer Services, as part of its investigation. The case is set to come up for hearing on March 6.

However, sources tracking the case told DNA Money CBI custody would face resistance from the accused.

L K AdvaniMadanapalli (Andhra Pradesh), Feb 28: Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate L K Advani has claimed that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) would launch a farm income guarantee scheme for small farmers and give pension to aged farmers, if voted to power.

Addressing ''Vijay Sankalp'' rally at Madanapalli in Andhra Pradesh late Friday evening, he said, "A farm income guarantee scheme would be provided to small farmers......... if government employees can get pension, I do not see why aged farmers also should not get pension."

Advani assured of a good governance, security for common man and development on all fronts.
