Washington, Jan 8 : Reese Witherspoon is set to star with Matt Damon in Alexander Payne's upcoming film ' Downsizing.'

The 38-year-old actress star, who's in the Oscar run for her performance as star and producer of ' Wild ,' would have to manage time for the 20th Century Fox project, which was scripted by Payne and Jim Taylor, Deadline. com reported.

The film is a social satire, and revolves around a guy who realizes he would have a better life if he were to shrink himself. (ANI)
