It has indeed been a sad week for the film fraternity as it has been going through distressing times of loss & misery.

A couple of weeks back, prolific actor-filmmaker Feroz Khan lost his life to cancer. Eventually, on Sunday (May 17), the legendary filmmaker Prakash Mehra's soul departed from amidst us.

And not too long, a day earlier, model turned actor Rahul Dev also lost his wife loving Rina, because of cancer.

Rina Dev had been suffering from cancer for a very long time. She was undergoing treatment at a Private Hospital in Delhi, and unluckily she lost her life last on Saturday evening (May 16).

For the treatment, they had shifted to Delhi from Mumbai.

Rahul and Rina, who were married for a happy 11 years, have a 10-year old loving son Siddarth.

Rahul's brother Mukul Dev, who is also an actor, said, "It is extremely sad that we lost Rina. Her death is a big loss to our family."

He added that Rina's death shattered Rahul.

We express heartfelt condolences to Rahul Dev and pray to God to give him courage to bear this loss.
