Leading theater chain of the country, Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd has declared its fourth quarter financial results for the fiscal year 2009-10 and it has registered a loss this time. The company has posted a loss of Rs 5.20 crore for the quarter that ended in 31st March, 2010. The net profit of the firm was reported to be Rs 14.06 crore for the fourth quarter last year.

The company has made a net loss of Rs 8.77 crore in the nine-month period that ended on 31st March, 2010. For the same period last year, the company had made a net profit of Rs 37.84 crore.

So far as the total income of the firm is concerned, it has earned Rs 80.69 crore during the January-March period of fiscal year 2009-10. It had Rs 721.04 crore for the same quarter last year. This has been informed by the firm in a filing at the Bombay Stock Exchange.  

The company has informed that it has produced a total income of Rs 60.38 crore for the nine-month period ended on March 31, 2010.
