Prakash Raj makes Bollywood Debut with ‘Wanted’ Prakash Raj, a noted South Indian actor, has started his bollywood career by playing a negative role as ‘Gani Bhai’ in ‘Wanted’. The actor has so far won three National awards, and 17 State awards.
Recently, he won the National Award for best actor for his brilliant performance in ‘Kanchivaram’, and this week he struck the audiences with his performance in Wanted.
Bollywood actor Salman Khan played lead role in ‘Wanted’, while actor Prakash Raj played the role of a villain.
Directed by Prabhu Deva, the film was released during the last week. Prakash’s work in the film has been praised by the viewers as well as by other Bollywood personalities. Same role has been played by the actor in the Tamil and Telugu version of the film.
In the mean time, producer of the film, Boney Kapoor, thinks that after the success of Ghajini and Wanted, the style of hero-vs-villain films has started again.
Talking to press, actor Prakash Raj said, “I want to do different types of roles and experiment. However, at the same time, I have to do commercial films to fulfill my ambitions.”
