Soha Ali Khan

Soha finally teams up with mom Sharmila Tagore for a film

Soha Ali Khan shall finally team up on screen with mom Sharmila Tagore in a yet untitled, Brit-Asian to be directed by debutante director Sangeeta Datta.

Soha’s unique streak continues

Though she made her debut with young heartthrob Shahid Kapur, Soha Ali Khan has mostly offbeat roles like the ones she played in ‘Antar Mahal’, ‘Ahista Ahista’, ‘Mumbai Meri Jaan’ ‘Dil Kabbadi’, ‘Dhoondte Reh Jaoge’ and even the commercially successful ‘Rang De Basanti’.

She could never really be the glam chick. The Oxford University and LSE-educated actress has mostly played simple girl parts, and students, journalists etc.

Now she’s concentrating on another different ‘wet’ role in the movie ‘Turn Mile’, a romantic tale set against the backdrop of the 2005 floods opposite Emraan Hashmi. The serial kisser and Soha will definitely make a unique pair.

Movie Review: Dhoondte Reh Jaoge!

Movie Review: Dhoondte Reh Jaoge!Dhoondte Reh Jaoge, which released this Friday, is really a terrible movie.

The film, which stars Paresh Rawal, Soha Ali Khan, Sonu Sood, Kunal Khemu, and Johnny Lever, is inspired heavily by the Hollywood movie.

Sharmila Tagore’s talented daughter Soha has already showed her talent in films like ‘Rang De Basanti’ and ‘Mumbai Meri Jaan’. But the question arises in ons’e mind that what’s she signing dreadful films including her last film ‘Dil Kabbadi’ and ‘Dhoondte Reh Jaoge’.

The story of the film ‘Dhoondhte Reh Jaoge’ goes like this:

Soha attacks Sharmila

soha attacks SharmilaSoha Ali Khan had done her homework much before the interview. She had vowed to take every question with a cool head, promised not to answer any controversial questions and of course, questions about her personal life.

But this one question — 'Are you planning to do a Phd in Politicial Science?' — challenged her poise. "My mother told you this, isn't it? She is spreading rumours against me. Oh my God; I am tired of explaining this. It's so not true," Soha says.
