Washington, Apr 18 : While fans are looking forward to seeing Sir Paul McCartney perform in LA, three of his admirers have been caught stealing memorabilia magazines from the concert venue.

The ex-Beatle is all set to open the Hard Rock Hotel''s renovated venue `The Joint' on April 19.

However, three eager fans couldn''t wait for the main event, and thus went on to steal boxes of hotel magazines with McCartney on the cover.

But, owing to their hard luck, hotel staff snatched all three of them, reports Contactmusic.

Washington, Mar 24 : ''Live And Let Die'' by Sir Paul McCartney and Wings has been voted `Favourite James Bond Theme Song' in a new poll.

The song received 23 per cent in the survey conducted by HMV. com and social networking site getcloser. com to mark the DVD and Blu-ray release of the 22nd James Bond film Quantum of Solace.

Dame Shirley Bassey's `Goldfinger' and `Diamonds Are Forever' came second and third respectively, reports Contactmusic.

London, Mar 11 : Sir Paul McCartney may have set a world record after selling out all the tickets for his upcoming gig in Las Vegas in an astonishing seven seconds, according to promoters.

The former Beatle's performance at the opening of the New Joint at the Hardrock Hotel and Casino will be witnessed by 4,000 fans, reports The Telegraph.

Sales opened on February 14 for the April 19 gig and sold at a rate of almost 600 seats a second, said Concerts West.

London, Mar 05: Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are set to reunite for a charity concert in New York.

Although the two Beatle stars will reunite for the charity gig, they’ll not perform together.

McCartney will headline the concert at the Radio City Music Hall on April 4, while Starr has been named among a string of special guests.

A spokesman for McCartney said a collaboration had not been confirmed and a spokeswoman for Starr said he would perform "a few songs on his own".

London, Feb 16: Veteran singer Sir Paul McCartney has picked up a unique new exercise routine from India- eye yoga.

In an interview on U. S. TV, the 66-year-old singer demonstrated his new exercise regime, which has him staring in different directions and holding for 20 seconds.

He learnt the exercise during his trip to India during last year.

An eye yoga expert at a hotel in India taught him the exercise, and the former Beatle indulges in an eye workout up to six times a day.

Washington, Feb 10 : Legendary musician Paul McCartney may have belted out some of the best hits ever, but that in no way stops him from being a fan of other greats in his field.

The `Let Me Roll It' hitmaker has revealed that he likes the music of Radiohead and Neil Diamond.

"I''m pretty Catholic in my tastes. But I always start with Radiohead. I have a wide range of tastes - I like rap a lot too," Fox News quoted him as saying.
