Jennifer Hudson is set to perform on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' later this week.

Hudson will perform her new single, 'If This Isn't Love,' on the talk show, reports Chicago Sun-Times.

It's the latest of several public performances for Hudson, who made her triumphant comeback at the Super Bowl in Tampa last month.

Following the Super Bowl, where she performed the National Anthem, Hudson has performed at the NAACP Image Awards, the Grammys, as well as the pre-Grammy MusiCares event and Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party.

Washington, February 25 : Jennifer Hudson is reportedly considering ditching her pop music roots to visit the gospel genre for second album.

The singer was said to be readying herself with the preparations to begin the project this spring.

"(Jennifer) has always wanted to explore different genres and she''s recorded gospel before, so it makes a lot of sense," Contactmusic quoted a source as telling MediaTakeOut. com.

The Oscar-winner rose to prominence on American Idol in 2004 and with her self-titled album, which won the best R&B album gong at the 51st annual Grammy Awards.

Washington, Feb 20: Moviemaker Tyler Perry is hoping former American Idol star Jennifer Hudson will agree to star in his upcoming movie.

Perry insists he''ll wait until the Oscar-winner is ready to get back to acting after her mother, brother and nephew were shot dead last October (09) - and that won''t happen until Hudson completes an upcoming tour with Robin Thicke.

"I just wrote a movie for her that I''m really excited about. I''m hoping she''ll be able to do it," Contactmusic quoted Perry, as telling People magazine.

The singer will share the road with R&B singer Robin Thicke when from April 2 in Philadelphia for a five-week U. S. tour that will see its finale in Houston on May 8.

The Oscar-winning `Dreamgirls' star will hop cities including Baltimore, Washington, D. C, New York City, Detroit, Atlanta, Memphis, St. Louis, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Dallas for her concerts.

The singer bagged the trophy for her self-titled debut in the best R&B album category, while remembering her murdered family in her speech.

Washington, Feb 7 : American actress Jennifer Hudson is set to perform a "surprise duet" at a Grammy party honouring music exec Clive Davis on February 7 in Los Angeles.

Hudson, 27, had sung at the Super Bowl on February 1, and Davis revealed that she will be performing a surprise duet "that people won''t see elsewhere."
