London, Apr 30 : Australian actor Hugh Jackman has come out in support of pop queen Madonna after her bid to adopt an African girl failed.
The 40-year-old star, who himself has two adopted kids Oscar, eight, and three-year-old Ava, said he is sickened by cynics who favoured an African judge’s decision to reject Madge’s bid to adopt four-year-old baby girl Mercy James earlier this month.
“I challenge anyone who thinks you adopt a kid for a publicity stunt,” the Sun quoted Jackman as saying.
London, Apr 29 : Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman contemplated quitting X-Men franchise after the third movie, because he felt his character `Wolverine' had gone "too soft" and was lacking the much-hyped rage.
The Oz hunk thought of stepping down after he thought his character was not developing the way it was meant to.
"One thing I never felt we got with Wolverine that I really wanted to get is that berserker rage which is talked about in the comic books," The Daily Express quoted Hugh, as saying.

Washington, Apr 23 : Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman has ruled out plans of having more kids with wife Deborra Lee Furness.
The Aussie pair has adopted two multi-racial children, Oscar, who is now eight, and Ava, three, but the X-Men star is determined not to have any more.
"For Deb and me, our family is the most important thing to us, but we travel so much that we fear if we have more kids, it’ll be too much,” Contactmusic quoted Hugh, as telling American magazine Parade.
