London, Apr. 1 : England football coach Fabio Capello does not rate forward Peter Crouch highly, but admits that he will have to play him tonight against Ukraine only because he has run out of alternatives.
Capello said: “We have to play Crouch because he’s now the best we have who can play.
“My first idea was one style and one particular forward, fast and with movement. Crouch has a different style. He is not Darren Bent and not Emile Heskey. He can’t do the same movement as Heskey and can’t press like Heskey,” The Sun quoted Capello, as saying.
London - England manager Fabio Capello has suffered another attacking blow ahead of Wednesday's World Cup qualifier with Ukraine after Darren Bent limped out of training on Tuesday.
The Tottenham Hotspur striker was only called up to the Italian's squad at the last minute after injuries to Emile Heskey and Carlton Cole in the 4-0 friendly win over Slovakia on Saturday.

London, Mar. 26 : England football team coach Fabio Capello has jokingly branded Wayne Rooney a `crazy man' after the striker's red card in Manchester United's 2-0 defeat at Fulham.
Rooney was dismissed in the dying minutes of the game last Saturday and punched a corner flag in frustration as he headed towards the tunnel.
But, far from being angry at Rooney's behaviour, England boss Capello found it highly amusing, reports The Sun.
Laughing Capello approached Roon in training and said: "You are a crazy man. What are you doing punching a corner flag?"
London, Mar 20 : England coach Fabio Capello has asked Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal to beware of Barcelona and Lionel Messi during the Champions League quarter-final.
Capello feels Barcelona is the team to avoid with Messi in the ranks. "Messi makes the difference. He does things that others can't even think of. Every era has its own crack player like Pele or Maradona and Messi can be the crack player of the next decade," he said.
Seville, Spain - England manager Fabio Capello praised Spain on Tuesday and said the team his squad is up against in a friendly on Wednesday "has its own typical play, similar to the South American variant, but with greater speed."
The match between England and European champion Spain in Seville has prompted great expectations given the good run both teams are enjoying. It also marks Capello's return to a country he loves, following two stints as Real Madrid coach.
